Why am I still waiting for my order?
- Missing or delayed shipments.
Your order should include a tracking number, if not please check the product page or your delivery email for an estimated delivery time. Some items may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. If you still have any concerns, please contact us.
- Items not yet available (pre-order).
If you pre-order items theatre not yet in stock, your payment will be processed when you place the order. Your items will then be despatched as soon as they become available. for more information, please see our Terms of service.
- Items temporarily out of stock.
If an item goes out of stock soon after you have placed your order, if we expect new stock to become available within the despatch time of your items, we will despatch your items as soon as they become available.
- Items unavailable.
If an item becomes unavailable and we are unexpectedly unable to fulfil your order and are unlikely to receive new stock within a reasonable time, we will email you to let you know, and automatically refund your card.
- Account declined (payment not processed)
if we cannot process payment for any reason, we will email you to let you know and provide a period of time for you to update your payment details before we cancel your order.
While we will attempt to deliver to your destination, some areas of the glob are extremely difficult to deliver to, due to the shipping organisations. If we cannot ship your order, or shipping cost are too high to fulfil your order, you will be notified and a full refund will be immediately provided.
Many of our items are despatched overseas, and while we do keep limited stock in the United Kingdom, your items may reach you via international delivery. This can take some time and there is a small chance of shipping delays. Should we receive any news of any delays relating to your order, we will contact you straight away. Should the duration of shipping become unacceptable, we will contact you before cancelling your order, and if you choose to do so, your order will be cancelled with your consent and you will receive a refund.
